Caitlin for this we just need to put together a scheduale including all of the extra things detailed on this weeks assignment 1. As well as some comments about a successful alpha. Let me know what you need me to do for this. If you already had this all taken care of I am sorry.

I think 30 mins is more than enough for just the two of us. We will be in contact throughout the week as well. Im not planning on a big chat session, just a little real-time discussion to hammer things out before I meet with the leads.

It sounds fine for me, but that would mean that you would be meeting for quite a long time on sundays! I do not think we need long, maybe a half hour or so?

I was thinking about meeting sundays before the "everyone" meeting. I would like to structure meetings as such: Team leads meet with their teams some time Sundays. Team leads all meet together Sunday night to report on progress and plan for the week. I will probably send an email out about this once I get everyone on the wiki adn get all of their contact info. What do you think, sound good?
