So, Takkan's room seems to be the simplest of the environments from a Tech team perspective. It seems that what's necessary is an initial matinee sequence to explain to the player the story and to establish the environment, then a second triggered matinee sequence for when the player makes their way back to Takkan's room, showing Rabisu's reaction after following her.
Outside of that, the only other aspects that could be useful would be a Kismet trigger for Ismeldara making her way back to her bed (to kick off the second cutscene?), as well some triggers for if the player tries to interact with either Graal or Takkan. If the player were to walk up to them, for instance, they could say something like "leave me alone, I'm trying to sleep.." etc… who knows - I'll leave that up to design. But triggering some kind of action could help the atmosphere.
Then, outside of that, I figure we will need to put together lighting sequences, to give the room proper atmosphere, as well as sound triggers and sequences. That much should be fairly simple.
